Excellent service and customer service! I visited several other laundry stores, but none of them were willing to help me clean my extremely dirty down jacket. However, this particular store went above and beyond and cleaned it as if it were brand new! I thoroughly enjoyed their service and highly recommend them.

Wonderful Laundromat with nice decor. Very close to Chinatown with free parking. Free Wifi and usb charger. You can pay by card too. will come again for sure.

Absolutely amazing customer service, I stuffed up my washing at nearly 10pm and they went above and beyond to help me I'm so appreciative honestly that's on top of it being great store overall, they take coins or card, the store is always nice and clean (after hours so assuming during hours is even better haha) fair pricing, baskets provided to help from wash to dry, washing powder available. Very handy

Before and after i sent in my puffer jacket that has been stained for years without attempt to clean it. They did a great job and exceeded my expectations, friendly staff and great work done. I'm really happy and will continue going here for any dry cleaning services i need

H2O laundry is great! I've been there twice now and have recommended it to customers at work, as they did such a great job with my green carhartt hoodie. I managed to get oil and sauce stains on my hoodie twice! The first time I tried washing it out myself which only set it in further (rookie mistake), and the guys at H2O laundry still managed to get it all out, both times! Amazing! Very helpful, and very friendly Good to know I've got a solid spot to go to for these types of emergencies :) Happy Days !

Amazing service! Outstanding results! Lulu at H20 Laundry Service went above & beyond to help me on the spot with removal of wax from a delicate & sentimental clothing item. I cannot thank H2O Laundry Services enough! I brought in a custom-made cream suit—crafted from cashmere wool and silk—that is not only extremely expensive but also very dear to me. After a full glass of red wine was accidentally spilled all over it at an event, I was devastated and truly thought it was ruined. With a heavy heart, I entrusted the suit to H2O Laundry Services, and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, the team was professional, honest, and managed my expectations clearly. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and even though there was a chance the suit might not fully recover, I felt confident in their care. To my absolute joy and relief, they fully restored the suit—it looks exactly as it did the day I first had it made. I couldn’t be happier. I stopped here to do some laundry during an extended work trip to Adelaide. The facility is super clean and equipment is very easy to use. Bring coins if you want to purchase detergent. The machines scan be operated with credit card payments. I was in and out in under 45 minutes with a load of clean clothes.
